The Center for Socio-Economic Research (CSER) is CamTech’s research institute dedicated to social and economic development of Cambodia and beyond.

CSER pioneers research studies, generates new academic knowledge, and integrates quantitative and qualitative methods across the fields in social science to advance our understanding on social phenomena and promote welfare. On top of that, we work to coordinate and support local and regional researchers, faculty members, students, and social scientists to bring new ideas into the world through research development and skills training program and seminars. In addition, CSER recognizes the needs of Cambodian policymakers in term of evidence-based policy implication for social and economic development.
