Data Science and AI Engineering

Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is a new branch of study which deals with scientific methodologies, processes, tools and techniques drawn from different domains like statistics, cognitive science, computing and information science to extract knowledge from structured data and unstructured data. This knowledge is applied in making various intelligent decisions in business, health, industrial, agriculture, and educational applications. Artificial Intelligence and data science focuses on collecting, interpretting, categorizing, strategizing, analyzing and optmising data. It is a specialised branch that deals with the development of data driven solutions, data visualization tools and techniques to analyse big data meta data, complex image and video analysis. It also incorporates the concepts of machine learning (particularly, deep learning) model building for solving various computational and real world problems. It also includes, process optimisation and information fusion for decision making in order to enhance efficiency, productivity and reduce cost.

Cyber Security

Security breaches, IoT security issues, ransomware, spam and phishing attack, and malware attacks are now everywhere. In this Cybersecurity program, you will learn how to protect yourself, your servers and your network from compromising data, cybercriminals, malicious and hackers, especially find the vulnerability in your system and gain a deep understanding of cyber-attack methods. Working with industry experts, you will learn the cybersecurity challenges of organisations, infrastructures, technologies, citizens, and national security. Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, you will also understand the growing demands of the market, opportunities for entrepreneurship and leadership of national security.

Robotics and Automation Engineering

Robotics and automation push productivity to new levels. Leaving your smart-home with the help of smart assistance on your phone, go to work in the agriculture fields that automatically water your plants and report back to your the nutrition in the soil. The Robotics and Automation Engineering program is home to problem-solvers and independent thinkers. Educational Technology

A Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology focuses on the intersection of technology and education to prepare students to integrate technology into educational settings through technology-enhanced teaching and learning processes. The program provides a strong foundation in education theory, instructional design, and technology implementation. Throughout the program, students will learn how to create and implement technology-based instructional materials, including multimedia presentations, online courses, and interactive games. They will also gain knowledge of emerging technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and social media, and explore their potential technological applications in education. In addition, students will have opportunities to complete their internships or practicums in schools or other educational settings to gain hands-on experience in working with technology in education. CamTech’s Architecture Program is designed to equip students with skills to use the technology ethically, and the core of it is the smart Design Studio which encourages students to have in-depth understanding of building structures and critical issues in architectural design. Students will be able to immerse themselves in new cutting-edge technology in construction and produce more sustainable buildings for Cambodia and the world. The studies of architectural history, digital fabrication or the cities will prepare students well for a competitive job market locally and internationally. We empower students to use new digital tools (AI, data analysis, 3D modelling for design, virtual reality, etc.) to enable optimal design, sustainable architecture, and energy efficient safe environment. Interior Design

Interior Design at CamTech University focuses on the creation of innovative and exciting interior spaces through the adaptation and spatial arrangement of existing buildings. The course is designed to equip students with in-depth understanding of interior space, the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to pursue a career in interior architecture and other related fields. Students will be able to choose sustainable materials, correct coloring and lighting for an interior space which also reflects the needs of the users of the buildings. Digital technology such as augmented and virtual reality will be encouraged for student to use to make interior space viewing experience more intuitive. CamTech offers work-integrated learning experience to ensure students’ employability, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Media & Communication Technology

A Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Technology is an interdisciplinary program that focuses on various aspects of media technology, including digital media production, telecommunications, multimedia systems, and network engineering. It combines the study of communication theories, media production, digital technologies, and business management. The overall purpose of this program is to equip students with necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the rapid growth of media and communication technology in order to prepare them for careers in media and communication companies or self-employment as independent media producers. Throughout the 4-year program, students will learn about the emerging technologies, history and theory of media and communication. The program will provide practical aspects of producing various media forms such as audio, video, and web content. Students will gain an understanding of digital technologies and their impact on communication practices and media industries. In addition, students will have opportunities to complete internships or other practical experiences to gain hands-on experience in the field at the industry or virtually.

Risk Management & Business Intelligence

With rapid techno-economic transformation, there come new social problems that cannot be solved with old policy instruments. It is in this regard that social innovators and entrepreneurs are called for to provide a novel, effective, efficient, and sustainable solution to a social problem. Social innovation refers to the design and implementation of new and innovative methods, including new concepts, processes, products, and organizational changes, which aims to solve societal problems and improve individual and/or community welfare. 

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship program will offer you essential skills and effective strategies for innovation in current services/products in an organisation, business, industry, societal activities, and future work or start-up. Under the supervision of the industrial innovation lead, you will do hands-on practices using actionable tools, develop design thinking, and address market/societal dynamics challenges. In addition, you will learn critical parameters related to innovative start-ups, including market analysis, minimum viable product and business plan. The program also includes developing your skills for creative thinking, uses of new technology, entrepreneurship and leadership.

The program will offer you an essential tool to improve the quality of services or increase your organisation/business/society’s productivity by demonstrating your unique position in the market/services. It includes innovation skills to start your start-up.
