Architecture and interior design students from the faculty of Built Environment, CamTech, and other participants were impressed by the seminar on shading devices simulating modern architecture in Phnom Penh, held in July 19, 2023 by CamTech University.

Shading Devices is a sustainable design strategy that is required in hot and humid climates and its application in buildings is a way to reduce radiation heat, comfort interior space, and minimize climate change. Especially, to reduce the workload and faster output, these devices can be input and simulated in digital technologies, such as Google SketchUp. Such a useful and insightful seminar will constantly happen in CamTech.
