On August 18, 2023, CamTech University and Phnom Penh Teacher Education College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster academic collaboration.

The MoU highlighted the potential areas of collaboration between the two parties, including providing internship opportunities for their students based on mutual interests; supporting each other on educational and academic programs, such as exposure visits, joint research programs, research funding applications, conferences, and guest lectures; co-organizing capacity building for staff on technology-incorporated teaching methodology, digital literacy, and other related subjects to enhance teaching and learning quality; co-designing curriculum and teaching the short training programs for the public and private teachers related to teaching pedagogy.
Both parties expressed their firm interests in working together to enhance teaching and learning quality through technology-enhanced pedagogy.
