Visit to the Assembly Workshop and Head Office of
OYIKA Co., Ltd.

On the afternoon of December 20th, 2021, the CamTech team, led by Prof. Dr. Alamgir Hossain, vice-president of CamTech, and Mr. Pharino Chum, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, visited the assembly workshop and head office of OYIKA Co., Ltd. with a warm welcome by Mr. Carl Wong, co-founder and president of OYIKA Co., Ltd. The discussion focused on collaboration for mutual benefits on short training programs, internships, the possibility of data analysis research of consumer behavior using artificial intelligence and a knowledge transfer project with CamTech. 

Oyika is a Singapore-owned company that builds battery swapping and charging infrastructures. The company offers a bundled solution for consumers in Southeast Asia seeking cleaner, more cost-competitive electric motorbikes than traditional petrol motorbikes.
