Pharin Chheng

Mr. Chheng Pharin received a bachelor degree from the Fine Arts University. He attended a special library training program at the Southeast Asia Studies (ISEAS) library in Singapore in 2000. He has many years of experience working locally and regionally in different types of libraries such as the Center for Khmer Studies (2001-2004), the Mekong River Commission Secretariat (2004-2010) based in Lao PDR and the Cambodian Children’s Fund (2014-2020) as a library director. Additionally, he was a former whole school library manager at the International School of Phnom Penh (2021-2022), prior to being recruited as a head librarian at the CamTech University library.
