Professional Development Program 7: Quadruple Helix Model of University-Industry Engagement

កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការត្រីភាគី (Triple helix) គឺជាវាក្យស័ព្ទដែលគេប្រើជាទូទៅសំដៅទៅលើអន្តរកម្មរវាងអ្នកចូលរួមចំណែកបីស្ថាប័នផ្សេងគ្នា រួមមាន អ្នកសិក្សាឧស្សាហកម្ម និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ប៉ុន្តែ គេក៏អាចបន្ថែម ពាក្យ “សហគមន៍” ចូលទៅក្នុងនៅក្នុងគំរូកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការត្រីភាគីនេះអោយក្លាយជាគំរូ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការចតុភាគី (Quadruple helix)។ កត្តាទាំងបួននៅក្នុងគំរូខាងលើនេះ អាចមានអន្តរកម្មជាមួយគ្នា និងអាចច្របាប់បញ្ចូលគ្នាដើម្បីបង្កើតជាផលប្រយោជន៍អោយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ក៏ដូចជាមានប្រយោជន៍ដល់សង្គមទាំងមូល។ទាំងនេះគឺជាខ្លឹមសារគោលនៃ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសមត្ថភាព វគ្គទី៧ របស់ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យខេមតិចដែលបានធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី២៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ កន្លងទៅ ដោយ សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ បណ្ឌិត Shahir Liew មកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា PETRONAS (Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS)។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យខេមតិចគឺជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យដែលផ្តោតលើ បច្ចេកទេសនិងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ហើយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យខេមតិច នឹងប្រើប្រាស់គំរូកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការចតុភាគីនេះដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កំលាំងពលកម្មរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជំរុញអោយមានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រទេសទាំងមូល។ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យខេមតិចពួកយើងផ្តោតលើការរៀនឥតឈប់ ការបន្តការលើកកំពស់សមត្ថភាព និងការធ្វើការងារជាក់ស្តែង។

The triple helix is a common term used to refer to the interaction among three main stakeholders: “academia, industry, and government”. However, “community” should and can be thrown into this model to make the “quadruple helix” model. These four actors in the model can interact and merge to produce various mutual benefits as well as benefits for the whole society in general. This is the key message from CamTech Professional Development session 7, conducted on Saturday 27th November 2021 by Professor Shahir Liew, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. As a science and technology university, CamTech will use the quadruple helix concept to contribute to the development of the Cambodian workforce to propel development for the whole nation. At CamTech, we keep on learning, improving, and doing practical work.
