Head of Finance 01 position

Job Responsibilities:
▪ Budget preparation and management activities.
▪ Develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
▪ Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
▪ Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
▪ Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.

Requirement:

▪ Ability to work independently and to focus on results.
▪ Stress and time management skills, ability to work under pressure

Head Librarian 01 position

Job Responsibilities:
❖ Management of the Library and Staff:
▪ Prepare and manage the annual budget, mindful of short- and long-term goals.
▪ Deploy and supervise of library staff, and ensure appropriate training and professional development to enable them to provide prompt, efficient and congenial service.
▪ Maintain the library collection to a standard which best advantages users through best practice in classification, cataloguing, processing, stocktaking and weeding.
▪ Keep up to date with relevant developments in information systems, ICT, librarianship and library operations through professional reading, formal (conference) and informal contact with both peers and specialist information organizations.
▪ Evaluate and develop Library information policies and plans and consulting with the Deputy Principal who has oversight of the Library, Principal and BOT as appropriate.
▪ Report annually to the CamTech University President.
▪ Prepare annual Appraisals of Library staff.
❖ Leadership in Library Services:
▪ Ensure that the library operates as a positive learning environment for students and staff. This may include the oversight of behavior and learning activities of students utilizing Library services.
▪ The library and Information Centre makes provision for the wider school community through facilitating personal and professional development for staff e.g. teacher reference material, support staff resources, leisure reading.
❖ Promotion of reading for both information and enjoyment:
▪ Evaluate and select of appropriate resources
▪ Plan and develop reading resources and services appropriate to the all levels of curriculum delivery, co-curricular emphases/interests and the nature of the CamTech University.
▪ Support the optimum utilization of the library as a key resource within the faculty by liaising with teaching staff and students throughout all curriculum areas. This includes alerting both staff and students to incoming material relevant to their requirements.
❖ Facilitating the University wide development of Information Literacy through the development of ICT/information skills across the curriculum:
▪ Guide teachers and students through the theory and practice of information literacy, research processes, and thinking and learning skills.
▪ Analyze curriculum and syllabus requirements to meet changes in teaching and learning methods.
▪ Administer and support of Library’s ICT solutions and applications: maintain systems, in particular the Library Management System (LMS), EBSCONET Subscription Management or Polaris ILS, Liaison person with system-related vendors on system administration.
▪ Design, develop, implement, maintain and monitor of Library applications, as and when required.
▪ Research & development in the areas of various library technologies, outsourced applications and support for such applications.
▪ Manage and provide leadership on the library technology as well as articulate and build awareness and consensus among the various department leads on digital initiatives.

Requirements
▪ Library Managers typically need a master’s degree in library science or related discipline with three years of related experience with preferably a degree in Computer Science or IT related Master’s degree or equivalent experience and education.
▪ Experience in administration of large-scale Library Management Systems (LMS), EBSCONET Subscription Management or Polaris ILS preferably from an academic and research library perspective.
▪ Good knowledge of library functions and processes with the ability to advise or recommend IT solutions.

Executive Assistant to the President 01 position

Job Responsibilities:
▪ Manage President’s calendar;
▪ Schedule internal and external meetings and follow-up tasks of the President;
▪ Coordinate agendas and compiling documents for meetings;
▪ Take notes in the meetings and communicate with other departments;
▪ Follow up on action points assigned by the President to staff and report on the progress;

Job Responsibilities:

  • A modern marketing cross-functional profile (or will learn to be one) and supports the work of Head of Marketing providing executive support for initiation and development of strategies, campaigns and marketing tools both for digital and non-digital applications.
  • She/He will work using 2D design software likewise creating or manipulating advanced datasheets.

Requirements

  • Position open to male and female age between 24 and 35 (flexible based on attitude and experience).
  • Graduates with any degree discipline can become marketing assistants. But degree subjects such as marketing, business or statistics can be advantageous.
    Portfolio required upon to any consideration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following job profiles (more experience is a plus): graphic design, content creation, digital marketing assistance, social media management, online community management, marketing assistance, communication, PR, website content management.
