Mr. Dechkunn Chhay, Lecturer at CamTech University and representative of the CamTech China–ASEAN Center, proudly participated in the 3rd China (Henan)–ASEAN Conference at Zhengzhou University, China. He presented on the topic, “Universities as Key Actors Promoting Multilateralism between China and ASEAN,” emphasizing the pivotal role of higher education institutions in strengthening academic collaboration, people-to-people connectivity, and sustainable partnerships across the region.
